RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM

Please read the following before beginning your Return Authorization Request.

Our return policy: Any product may be returned or exchanged, within 30 days of its ship date, if the product is unused, has sustained damage in shipping, or is eligible for return under the terms of the warranty. A refund of the product’s original price, less the normal shipping charges from the original delivery address, will be issued upon receipt of returned item(s). You will be responsible for preparing your package for return.

Are you experiencing a mechanical issue or have you received a machine with shipping damage? If yes, we recommend you contact our Technical Support team to troubleshoot the issue or cause. If there is a mechanical issue or shipping damage and you do not wish to troubleshoot the issue with us, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note, for freight shipments, return shipping costs can be substantial. Return shipping costs are determined by location and pickup method. All returns must be approved before you can receive credit or replacement.
