Adding extra ballast to your compact tractor can work wonders for your efficiency! It puts more pressure on the rear tires, giving you added traction and reducing slippage — great for driving up hills or on soft ground. It also reduces the strain on your tractor's front axle, especially when using implements such as a front end loader.

The Compact Tractor Ballast Box attaches easily to your tractor's 3-point hitch mechanism and is designed to fit both quick-hitch systems and category 1 tractors. Simply install the Ballast Box and add the required amount of weight for the task at hand — rocks, bricks, barbells, or any other heavy item work well. The Ballast Box also features:

  • 4 pre-drilled holes for easily installing your own tool box
  • 3 tool-carrier loops to support shovels, rakes, or other long-handled tools
  • weld-on hitch for towing and light lifting
  • drainage holes in all 4 corners
