Sent me a machine that wouldn't start, still in the local repair shop for 3 weeks. Took 4 months to receive it and it was inoperable!

The day I received the tiller I put the trickle charger on the battery. Used it today for first time. Barley let the tines touch the dirt, broke 6 Shear pins and was going slow. Raised the tiller up and down maybe 10 times and the battery went completely dead. Could not raise the tines up to get it loaded on the trailer. Had to unhook tiller from ATV, Take pin out of the cylinder unhook it, Lift it up manually put ratchet strap from the wheels to the front of the frame to get it transported back to the trailer. Battery is no good. Not Happy. It is under warranty I hope to get a new replacement Battery. In my opinion the ground would have to already be worked up prior to using this tiller.
Makes small work of weeding
Garden plot was full of weeds. This tiller took care of that. Did break two shear bolts, but easily replaced and no other damage because shear bolts did what they were designed for.
great product
this unit works as described works good on new ground but will go through a few sheer pins would reccomend
Customer service
Purchased the rototiller for my dad who is too old for a walk behind model. First time out it sheered the blade pins off. It wasn’t deep and the garden has been plowed for years so the soil wasn’t that hard. Regardless when I called yo have the tiller returned they wouldn’t except because I had put gas and oil in it. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great tiller the fact that we have to run it to see if there are any issues and can’t run it without oil and gas is insane. My mother actually called and spoke with a man concerning the situation. But she didn’t know all the details and waited for me. He stated he would be there to speak with her the next day but was not available when we called. They transferred us to another gentleman who was less than helpful. Overall a poor experience for such an expensive piece of equipment. Keep this in mind if you are thinking of purchasing one.

Q.How can I get a gas tank for my Roto tiller. I have ordered two before but one was too small and the other not bolt up with the holes.
A.Thank you for your question. You would need to reach out to our technical team directly to get the correct gas tank. They can be reached at 1-800-687-6575.

Q.IS THERE A WAY TO RAISE OR LOWER UNIT IF REMOTE CONTROL FAILS? IS THERE A HILLER AVAILABLE FOR THIS TILLER? IF SO WHAT IS THE COST? I LIVE IN ILLINOIS, EQUIPMENT USED IN FARMING IS NOT SUBJECT TO SALES TAX, HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE THIS? THANKS
A.Thank you for your question. There is not manual backup for the raising and lowering of the tines. We also do not have a hauler available for this machine. All tax details need to be handled directly with the Sales department at 1-800-687-6575.
