Q.Can this be attached to a gravel - dirt driveway or does it need to be on grass?
A.Thank you for your question. If you're able to set the anchors in the ground than the shelter is able to be placed there.

Q.Can this withstand heavy winter snow?
A.Thank you for your question. The rounded top would help to shed the snow. This version is suggested over the peaked version if you're in an area with heavy snow.
