Self-Feeding Power
The PREMIER 375 is our smallest dedicated chipper, but it packs a serious punch. DR Self-Feeding design allows it to tear through branches up to 3.75” in diameter, and do it continuously...without bogging down the way underpowered “big box” machines do.
Easy to Maneuver or Transport
An easy-grip handle bar makes for a convenient way to maneuver the PREMIER 375 Chipper by hand. You can also add an optional pin-hitch kit that lets you hook up to your lawn tractor or ATV and tow the PREMIER model around your property.
Self-Feeding Action
A large vertically oriented hopper, a precisely-angled heavy-duty chipping knife, and a powerful air channel work together to pull branches into the chipping hopper and blast wood chips out the discharge. Most materials will self-feed, so once you drop a branch in, you're free to get the next one. No force feeding required!
Oversized Chipping Hopper
Our big chipping hoppers will accept whole armfuls of small branches at branches at once, or even whole trees and saplings — with little or no trimming of side branches. This saves tremendously on the time you spend pruning and preparing materials for chipping.
Off-Road Towing
Add the optional pin hitch and you can easily tow the PREMIER 375 Chipper around your property using your ATV or lawn tractor. (Note: for road-towing ability, step up to either the PRO or PRO XL)
Heavy-Duty Flywheel
The key to efficient wood chipping is the rotating mass created by the flywheel on which the chipper knife is mounted. The PREMIER 375 Self-Feeding model features a 14” diameter flywheel that’s a half-inch thick and weighs a hefty 25 pounds. It spins at 101 mph and takes an amazing 40 “bites” per second!
Pro-Spec™ Chipper Knife
Made of high-carbon/high-chromium forged alloy tool steel, our knives hold an edge longer than those on "bargain" chippers.. Still, as with any cutting tool, keeping a sharp edge is important for maintaining peak performance. We recommend keeping an extra on hand so you can minimize downtime.

Needs improvement
I'm not impressed with the capacity of this machine. "Up to" 3.75 inch limbs is the theoretical limit using an essentially straight branch, neatly trimmed. That requires a lot of prepping if you're trying to efficiently chip wood. Even 3 inch branches will get stuck if they aren't fairly straight. The problem is the size and shape of the restriction at the bottom of the feeder funnel. The instructions should be clear not to exceed the 3.75 inch chipping capacity, but the opening should be at least 4 and half inches to prevent jamming. One solution would be to provide a 3.75 inch cut semi circular cutout on the lip of the funnel so that the operator, if there were any doubt, could use that as a gauge before inserting the limb. Also, not sure why the chipping blades couldn't have a knife on both sides . Blades are expensive, and paying someone to sharpen them (as recommended) ain't cheap either. I regret my purchase.

Great Machine
I had high hopes for this wood chipper and after about 15 hours of use, it has lived up to my expectations. The build quality is first rate and it devours everything I have fed into it. I am really impressed.
Q.Will this model handle palm fronds?

Q.How hard is this to start? I'm used to a chipper with electric start and now I need to get another one. Trying to decide if it's worth the extra $$ for the electric start.
