Should have bought it years ago !
The DR burn cage XL is everything they say it is. Starting with being packaged well delivered fast it’s easy to assemble. The design is great Whether you want to use it in one location or many. It can be folded up And transported easily . Being in the machine mfg business my self I couldn’t make it any better or for less money. Stainless steel is expensive and difficult to work with . If your thinking it’s a lot of money Think of the many years of service you will get out of it. SS doesn’t oxidize like plain steel. Do to the well designed perforated construction Everything burns completely leaving very little ashes while containing The contents. I highly recommend the XL size you won’t regret it.
Works Great!
Works as advertised. Holds a lot of stuff - including heavier branches.
Good, But
I have another brand olso. Both burn great. Problem with this BurnCage is the lid and the bottom. The lid has warped so bad that some larger embers escape. Plus it moves around when the flames cause it to warp around. The other brand has a domed lid and has never warped in over 15 years of owning it. The bottom has no cross bars like my other cage. So some of the debris does not burn completly.
